Do you want personalized, professional golf workouts without the crazy prices? Then you've come to the right place! This is a hybrid between 1 on 1 training for every workout, and an impersonal app with exercises but no real plan that is right for you. This is personalized Titleist Performance Institute Assessments, with workouts based on improving your areas of weakness. You will have monthly in person assessments and corresponding workout changes based on improvements that you have made. You do the workouts and I am always available for any questions. This allows you to have the personalized, planned, progressive golf workouts that you want without paying the crazy 1 on 1 prices. Same golf and fitness improvements, but less money from your pocket!
What we do to improve your golf game!

* Titleist Performance Institute Certified
* Titleist PI Fitness 2 Certified
* I have a B.A. in Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training from San Diego State
* I am a Certified Golf Fitness Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine

* Your swing will be more efficient (the most power with the least effort, repeatable, controllable)
* You will gain distance on your shots
* Your risk of injury will decrease immensely, allowing you to play golf for many years to come
* You will have better endurance on the course, so you will feel just as fresh, and strong on the 18th hole as you did on the 1st hole

FOUNDATION PLAN
The Foundation Plan focuses on identifying faulty golf characteristics caused by poor mobility and stability. We then improve the mobility and stability, thus eliminating the faulty golf characteristic, resulting in a more efficient, and safer golf swing.
*We video your swing and check for efficient rotational speeds of the hips, chest, arms, and golf club. If the speeds aren't efficient, we will check the transition sequence, along with anything else that may cause the inefficiency. We will then give you a solution to help you fix your inefficiency problem.
* We then check the video for 15 common swing characteristics and see if you may have some swing characteristics that may be negatively effecting your swing efficiency, or creating a possible injury risk.
* We will then do a 15 point Titleist Performance Institute movement assessment to check the mobility and stability of your body.
* We use the results of the video, and movement assessment to check for any relationships between any faulty swing characteristics, and any mobility-stability problems you may have. If we find any relationships, we will give you an exercise plan and golf drills to help you have a more efficient swing, and eliminate any golf swing characteristics that put you at risk for injury.
TOTAL GOLF FITNESS PLAN
* If you decide you want to elevate your game even more, we have the Total Golf Fitness Plan, which is a 6 month plan. This plan will increase your shot distance even more, and improve your endurance during a round. The Total Golf Fitness Plan is designed to maximize strength, speed, and power, along with some nutrition. These fitness components are brought into your fitness plans after you have your mobility and stability foundation established.
* There will be a Titleist Performance Institute Power Assessment done to help us determine what areas of your body need power improvement.
* If we find a power deficit, we will then do a Titleist Performance Institute Strength Assessment to determine if the power deficit is due to a strength shortage, or a speed shortage.
* We will then create workouts based on the assessment results.
* All plans include monthly assessments and workout changes. You will receive your workouts on a free Titleist app.

1. We will start with a 15 point Titleist Performance Institute Assessment to check for client mobility and stability.
2. We will do a total of 4 swing videos, 2 using a 7 iron, and 2 using a driver.
3. You will receive the results along with the workout plan. Your workout plan with videos will be on a free Titleist app.
4. If you decide to do the 6 month Total Golf Fitness Plan, you will do a Titleist Performance Institute Power Assessment.
5. If you have an area of power that needs work, we will do a Titleist Performance Institute Strength Assessment to determine if the lack of power is due to a shortage of strength, or speed.
6. You will receive your workout plan based on the power and strength assessment results. You will also receive nutrition information.
7. Each month you will be assessed and receive a new workout plan.

We continue with a Titleist Performance Institute Movement Assessment to check the client's mobility and stability.

We video the client's swing to check for swing efficiency, and 15 common swing characteristics.

We put together workouts based on the video, and assessment results. The client will receive the workout plan videos on a free Titleist app.

If the client decides to do the Total Golf Fitness Plan, they will do a Titleist Performance Institute Power assessment.

If there is a low power result, the client will do a Titleist Performance Institute Strength Assessment to determine if the power is low due to a lack of strength or speed. The clent will then receive a workout based on the results.
